Using this website
This website provides general information about ACS Technologies and its services. By using it, you agree to use it lawfully and avoid actions that disrupt its operation or attempt unauthorised access.
Enquiries and quotations
Submitting an enquiry does not create a service contract. Pricing, availability, equipment specifications, service scope, delivery dates and support terms are confirmed in a separate quotation or agreement. Work begins only after the applicable scope and commercial terms are agreed.
Equipment, software and third parties
Hardware and software are subject to availability and the relevant manufacturer or licence terms. Domain registration, hosting, internet services and other third-party products are subject to their provider terms. Any applicable warranties are confirmed with the supplied item or service.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate requirements, authorised access and a suitable contact person. Maintain appropriate backups before repairs, migrations or infrastructure changes unless a different responsibility is explicitly agreed in writing. Do not submit passwords through website forms.
Website content and links
Website text, branding and design may not be reproduced without permission except where permitted by law. External links are provided for convenience. ACS does not control external websites or guarantee their availability.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep website information accurate but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every detail remains current. Website information does not replace a project-specific assessment. Liability for supplied services is governed by the agreed service terms and applicable law; nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Contact and applicable framework
These website terms are intended for our operations in Pakistan. Questions and concerns should be addressed to info@acspakistan.com at our Karachi office. Project-specific dispute and payment terms are set out in the relevant agreement.
